  • All accessories and items that accompany the product must be returned together.
  • Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return, except in cases of defect.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Repentance or exchange by customer's choice: In these cases, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

5. Refund

After receiving and analyzing the returned product, the refund will be processed:

  • Method: According to the original payment method (card, Pix, etc.).
  • If the product does not meet the return conditions, it will be returned to the customer without a refund.

6. Defective Products

If the product has a manufacturing defect within the return period, you can request a replacement or a full refund.
