2. Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the following criteria must be met:
- The product must be in its original packaging , with no signs of use, washing or damage caused by the customer.
- All accessories and items that accompany the product must be returned together.
- Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return, except in cases of defect.
3. Return Request Process

- Photos or videos (in case of defects).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with return instructions.
4. Shipping Costs
- Defects or shipping errors: If the product is defective or you received something different from what you ordered, the shipping costs will be covered by us.
- Repentance or exchange by customer's choice: In these cases, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
5. Refund
After receiving and analyzing the returned product, the refund will be processed:
- Deadline: Within 10 business days .
- Method: According to the original payment method (card, Pix, etc.).
- If the product does not meet the return conditions, it will be returned to the customer without a refund.
6. Defective Products
If the product has a manufacturing defect within the return period, you can request a replacement or a full refund.
